Who we are, and how we fact-check recipes and products
Health & Vitality Daily does two things: we fact-check the viral recipes and kitchen "tricks" that circulate online — including the celebrity names sometimes attached to them — and we review trending wellness products and kitchen gadgets honestly, red flags included. We are not the manufacturer or retailer of anything we cover, and we don't pretend otherwise.
How we fact-check a viral recipe
When a recipe or kitchen "trick" goes viral, we research the actual claim behind it: what it's supposed to do, whether there's real evidence for that, and whether any celebrity name attached to it is genuinely, verifiably connected — or just an internet rumor. If we can't find a real source connecting a celebrity to a trend, we say so plainly instead of repeating the claim as fact. Every recipe gets a stamped verdict: True, False, or Mixed — and we explain our reasoning either way, not just the label.
How we handle product reviews
For every product we cover, we read the manufacturer's own published claims and label (when one exists), check what independent sources say about the product or the company behind it, and write down what we find — gaps included. When a supplement discloses its full ingredient list and per-serving dosage, we say so. When it uses an undisclosed "proprietary blend," we say that too, plainly.
How we make money
Some of our coverage links to products and ingredients on Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates program, and we earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links at no extra cost to you. A recipe's fact-check verdict or a product's review verdict is decided before we look for anything to link — the reporting comes first. Full detail is on our Disclosure page.
