Our participation in the Amazon Associates Program

Health & Vitality Daily is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. When you click one of our Amazon links and make a qualifying purchase, we earn a commission — the price you pay is the same either way.

The verdict comes first, always

This is the part that matters most: our recipe fact-check verdicts (True, False, or Mixed) and our product review verdicts are decided before we look for anything to link. We research a recipe's claim, or a product's ingredients and evidence, and reach a conclusion first. Only after the reporting is done do we look for a relevant, legitimate place to link — and monetization never influences which way a verdict lands.

A direct consequence of that order of operations: some of our flagged or False-verdict content has no purchase link to the item in question at all. If a recipe doesn't hold up, or a product doesn't warrant a recommendation, we're not going to manufacture a reason to link it just to earn a commission. Plenty of our coverage exists purely to tell you something doesn't work, full stop.

What we will never do

We don't publish fake reviews or testimonials. We don't fabricate or imply a celebrity endorsement that isn't real — when a viral recipe claims a celebrity connection, we fact-check that claim like any other, and say plainly when we can't verify it. Our opinions and verdicts are our own.

Other ways we may earn

Beyond Amazon links, some coverage may link to a manufacturer's own site where a similar affiliate or referral relationship exists. The same rule applies: the verdict is decided first, and the link — if any — comes after.
